How To Write An Offer On A Property Sample

tools of the trade

words: an overview of tools useful for modellers.
start with the files: great for cleaning up the pieces from the molding defects, there are several sections, although the most popular are the mouse's tail (second from right) and the square (fourth from right).
Below are the clippers to cut corner (yellow) and cut straight (blue, middle): never remove the part from the mold with your bare hands! The tweezers shown
are the type to be an electrician, with a flat head (blue, right), round (top left) and curve (top right):
step further, we have a set of tweezers for manipulation of smaller pieces (useful-release, left), a cutter (cutter) and various types of glue, personally, I use the general assembly for the Attak, attaccatutto in the tube for large areas and the "Extreme Repair" (Pattex, small tube in yellow and black) to most difficult assemblies. By chance, I discovered that the parts in white metal stick more easily if you put on the Attak and Repair Extreme on the other!
not a substitute for the tweezers to spring to tighten the pieces during the gluing or catch the smaller ones during staining. Note the guy at the top left, which has a block to adjust the hours:
Wanting to make changes on the pieces, it might be useful to have a soldering iron (or a pyrography) with interchangeable tips of various shapes . In this case, the support also includes two support arms that open with tweezers.
I use it primarily to make the Zimmerit on tanks, but has also proven itself to bend plastic parts or simulate bruises.
Finally, a minitrapano variable speed with a wide construction of drilling and milling can solve any need arise.
Notice how the gear is brand totally unknown to the general public is also more economical and reliable than the brand, is also fully compatible with all the tips and accessories parts.
As for paints and brushes, I suggest you attend the fine arts areas of large hardware stores and shopping centers: acrylic paints for sale in these shops have more or less all the same performance (unless you do not seek special effects), the same for brushes, which still tend to wear more quickly on uneven surfaces of the models than on canvas. Remember to buy really cheap to practice the method of dry brush ( drybrush )!
All items listed have been purchased at discount (LIDL) or during the sales in shopping centers: almost all the modeling tools can be effectively replaced with surrogate non-specialist at the price lower.
The list is not complete and could never be, given the different needs and the different individual approaches to problems, but I hope it is still useful.
If you want an example of how to organize the space, I described my work station in the post Sancta Sanctorum: the table model

Sancta Sanctorum: the table model

central point of the hobby on a small scale model is the table:
The table itself is the most important: a place to work and where to leave the model is nearing completion, and no one should have no reason to get your hands!
begin the tour, and, from left to right, are two boxes full of jars of different brands of color, purchased as needed and prices: In all honesty, I found no differences in yield to justify inflated prices, and the same is true for brushes. In
pen up there are files and next we see toothpicks, balsa and glue Various
the center there is another box with the colors most frequently used, with water on the tray with brush holder Built-in (bought from Lidl for a few euro). Large plastic
so on the left are the pedestals of Easter eggs, such as recycled supports raised to paint figures with more comfort, while the shorts in the middle are ex-scoops for the mouthwash, I use to mix the colors (scoops, not mouthwash!).
the scenes with the pad that protects the desk, on which I placed a plastic cutting board IKEA, thin and resistant, which bears the marks of many battles:
On the right we find the heavy equipment.
by the phone are the bench clamp and minitrapano, while on the left we see the soldering iron and above, clippers, tweezers, pliers and gimlets beak, on the wall of the library with two magnetic supports IKEA :
Continuing the tour, we leave the table and find the necessary drawer compartments for small (a few euro by OBI), which stand out above the radio and battery in the spot light.
It also noted a magnifying glass table and some tools of the reserve.
Still further, we see the roll made of a metal table leg (OBI) mounted on the wall.
The string that is next to roast perfectly simulates the rope in the dioramas.
On the left, stucco walls, the abrasive paste (useful for removing residual glue and paint from his hands) and a fraction of the volumes needed to documented:
On the wall behind the desk hangs a further set of drawers (LIDL) to catalog the pieces of surplus:
Finally, we speak of enlightenment.
You can not do without a table lamp with energy saving light bulb strictly cold (solar), in order to have a clear view of the surrender of the colors used.
The same bulb (do not need that brand) is applied to the model set with lamp and magnifying glass, which allows greater precision in the detail of the pieces.
At the center of the table there is a trivial plastic rotating platform (the sub-brands are good as more expensive models), which is indispensable for access to all parts of the bulkier models and allows the study of shadows for subsequent washes and highlights:
As shown was created based on my experience as a model, but it is obvious that there is an absolute standard, I can say without hesitation is to find a quiet, lighted and ventilated, not it has to be also very spacious.
Regarding the equipment (which is discussed in detail in the post Tools of the Trade ), the advice is always to save as much as possible, to have more availability for models and reference texts.

After the Korean War was placed in reserve for about 30 years after refitting and return to the line in 1986, participated in the First Gulf War. Currently, it is a floating museum in Pearl Harbor.
In the pictures you can see the towers with the main gauges from 406mm and countless pieces of a size smaller, that dot the ship for its entire length:
As usual during the Second War, the Missouri embarked two seaplanes for reconnaissance, which were scrambled by means of hydraulic catapult and recovered by crane:

Wonderful details of the many parts to be assembled with little to do fillings.
The black stripe on the hull is accomplished with a spray masking of gummed paper, I did not apply washes to keep it that "collector".

Corrado Augias
Corrado Augias in today's episode of "The Diary-Italian stories, "he hosted and interviewed Ferruccio Pinotti journalist and writer (in studio) Amicone and the journalist of the magazine "Time" of CL (from London) for the submission of the last book / to Pinotti investigation, titled "The Lobby of God": a "strong basis" Augias debuted.

Morazzonesi Recent events, related to the renewal of the Board of Kindergarten Antonini, and the role played by Communion and Liberation (told on this blog), led me to follow the interview with Pinotti, receiving confirmation (excluding a way that secularism does not endorse and is not mine ) we read that the date of the conduct CL against the kindergarten in Moray is perfectly consistent with the spirit and action with which CL is active in social (schools, health services ...) in Lombardy, Veneto, Calabria and the rest of Italy.
I think "The Lobby of God" to be read, so I went looking for me and for you, presenting the author's website ...

Opus Dei's more powerful, more efficient masonry. This book tells for the first time from work as Communion and Liberation and its investment arm, the Society works (a network of more than 34,000 enterprises, a turnover of at least EUR 70 billion). A power that seems unstoppable. "This model will win our Italy," said Roberto Formigoni. The model, in CL jargon, is called "friendship operational". And today more and more companies, thanks to the financial crisis, are close to Cl protective umbrella to enjoy the company of the works ... To continue reading click here!

Italian politicians of the twentieth century: Ugo La Malfa.

The "wise" that follows me has been reported personally by Peter Lucia, who honors me with her friendship since 1968. Peter Lucia, who has dedicated his life and his passion for the trade union movement in Campania, is also a keen observer and analyst of the facts relevant to policy and the South, his best men, her unsolved problems. This blog has already hosted the exclusive, his influential writings, I noted today that Peter wrote an essay for the site of his Cultural Association "Freedom of Thought is" which is based in Salerno , Corso V. The Italian peculiarity, at least one of the main after World War II and the decades that followed, was undoubtedly a long established by the original function performed by the Italian Communist Party, and marked a significant anomaly compared to other similar political formations that, in Europe and the world, appealed in various forms to communism. So not surprisingly, after breaking the unity of the anti-fascist forces in 1947, there was talk of the party she played the tough opposition in the country as a pillar alternative presence of "a state within a state."

70 ° Italian Championship Chess Tournament weekend

The Italian Championship Chess opened yesterday, Tuesday 23, in a room at Hotel Athena in Siena. Siena lovers are in luck: the tournament (12 players, who will meet in a round robin tournament for a total of 11 rounds of play) is very strong, with the presence of 7 in the first 9 Italian players, including the Italian champion and real monument of our own chess, Grandmaster Michele Godena of Treviso and the young Grandmaster Sabino Brunello, author of the recent excellent performances that have definitely thrown towards professionalism. But above all the way to the championship sees Fabiano Caruana, the boy just turned eighteen, to an Italian mother and American father, the world's No. 1 his age and in the first 30 in the world rankings, who managed to arouse a curiosity and an interest in chess in Italy we had not seen the heroic days of the Fischer-Spassky match of the seventies.
But that chess in our country are booming and not merely related to the presence of Caruana itself shows the trend in the first round of play: not only Denis Rombaldoni Pesaro, No. 5 Italian, who was also just twenty-one, won with great authority against International Master Pierluigi Piscopo of Lecce, but, in what was surely the most exciting match of the round, Alessandro Bonafede, Italian champion under 20, has held off for over 5 hours to Caruana, forcing it to end to balance in a complex of towers and the final shape: an extraordinary achievement, which testifies to the richness of our nursery.
is therefore worthwhile to spend the Hotel Athena: there are no tickets to be paid, just to observe a strict silence, and you can all follow closely matches many specimens of a very unique and probably unrepeatable event for our city .

tin (M13-40) The War of

This was the unflattering nickname with which they were called the M13-40 tanks supplied with the Royal Army:
Equipped with a 47mm gun, weighing 13 tons and 4-man crew, Armored was mainly produced by Italy during the Second World War.
forntale In view of the secondary armament is known, two Breda machine guns in twin position in the superstructure and a third coaxial with the cannon, it was expected a fourth on the roof of the tower, according to anti-aircraft.
fenders covered the track for the whole their length, but often it was largely removed in the area of \u200b\u200boperations.
Despite the good results obtained during the English Civil War, already in 1940-41 was less than half the same class of other countries. The rigidity of the steel and its low restistenza shock, and the choice of plates bolted together rather than welded, meant that the structure tends to split the impact of anti-tank projectiles. For this reason, the tank drivers were the first Italians to use the sandbags as additional armor on the face of the media.

plastic model, scale of 1:35 Italeri.
The background color has been washed in black and treated with dry brush in metallic color on the spots where the paint tended to give way. A generous washing in maroon at the bottom of the hull of the sand simulating parts of Africa where the medium has worked extensively.

Lieutenant Indro

Indro Montanelli, journalist, writer and historian, died in 2001, he participated with the rank of lieutenant in the Ethiopian war of 1935. Seen in the XX Battalion Eritrean, was in command of a team of Ascari:
The Ascari were the members of the Italian colonial troops, recruited from the local population in Libya and Eritrea.
On the shoulder stand grades Bulucbasci (Sergeant), while the ventral band brings the colors of the battalion.
The gun is supplied mod.59 Carcano rifle in 6.5mm gauge manual repeating, the same as the national infantry.

54mm scale model, made entirely of metal.
Once stripped of the dross of the mold, I covered everything with a black primer, which I then proceeded with the painting. Washing in a brown complexion and black for all other parties created the required shading.

Songs To Run Out To During Basketball

Gleanings

Did you know that: The documentation is

essential for a good result: books, photos, internet. More sources to a single model can help you avoid mistakes.

The dry brush technique (drybrush) uses brushes: it should be used with old or cheap.

The gear model (cutters, files, clippers, etc..) Can be purchased at hardware stores, rather than in stores dedicated: they cost less.

The baskets with the cheapest in the aisles of department stores are a great stock of equipment models.

I recycled materials (cardboard, wood, plastic, etc..) Turn into anything with a bit 'of PVA glue, das or stucco.

A piece of bark cork perfectly simulates a rock and a sheet of sandpaper reproduces very well the asphalt.

twine from roast and reproduces very well the strings are not fraying at the time of staining.

The plastic waste that hold the pieces printed in turn in cables and antennas (heating them and pulling the plug on one end) or piles of wood, gems and crystals (recording with a box cutter).

At Christmas time you should go hunting for materials manger: they are excellent for dioramas and cost much less than the "official" models.

Techniques and Tips

I offer some tips and curiosity that I have drawn from disparate sources.

splashes mud
To play the mud-slinging on a model just an old wet toothbrush in diluted color, match the pattern on the bristles and slide a toothpick, starting from the end farthest and pulling it toward you, repeat the procedure with more shades you will have a more realistic effect.

Zwolle:
The mud and clods of earth attaccatesi the medium are made with chunks of plaster from walls glued to the model, let dry and then painted.

Metal oxidized:
Beware of exhaust pipes mufflers will be rusty because of the heat, and must be painted matte black and covered with dry brush with a tan. The same applies to all metal surfaces that heat up and the original tracks.

Zimmerit:
The Zimmerit was a paste of barium sulphate (40%), polyvinyl acetate (PVA) to 25%, ocher pigment (15%), sawdust (10%) and sulfite zinc for the remaining 10%, which was used to prevent magnetic mines stick to the armor of the media. It was developed after the battle of Kursk in July 1943, and applied on almost all armored up to 1944, when it was shelved because there was doubt (never confirmed by tests) that the explosion of anti-tank could ignite. The model is achieved with a soldering iron flat head resting on the surface or on top of a thin layer of plaster model and then impressing the notches with a screwdriver.

Camouflage of the German Army (WWII):
The most common camouflage worn by German soldiers in World War II (from 1943 onwards) was known as Platanenmuster : This is done using a brown background with mottled green and ocher and dots, data with a toothpick in two additional tones of green and two brown. There are many other versions, more or less intermittently used by various departments, for which reference to other sources.

Camouflage German Air Force (WWII):
mimetic
The German Air Force (Luftwaffe) had a very light gray-green base with square patches in green and brown.

Italian Camouflage (WWII):
The Italian camouflage of World War II (remained in use until the adoption of the combination of NATO), often worn by German soldiers after the September 8, 1943, had a base ; in reddish-brown with mottled green and ocher.

Camouflage of the German media (WWII):

Until 1942, the German media were completely painted in gray-blue, from 1943 onwards, the background color became yellow- ocher ( Dunkelgelb ), with a camouflage green ( feldgrun ) and tan ( rotbrun ), the latter often consisted of the anti-rust primer left exposed during the later half of the painting.
In 1944-45 we adopted the scheme "ambush", exactly the same, but with the addition of ocher dots on areas of green and brown and green dots on areas of ocher. For the winter scattered on the existing color of a layer of white paint is not permanent or diluted lime. Obviously, because of different operational scenarios and discontinuity of supply, there were an infinite number of variations processed directly by the crews, both in the form of patches for the nuance of color.

tracks left by the crawler
We produce glued to the base of the diorama Das two thin strips of the width of the tracks there and then you click on the model before they dry. Once solidified Das, he is painted in brown with a few washes in brown, green and ocher.
For the marks left on the road and the asphalt, we proceed by drawing small irregular lines at points of support of the tracks with a bit of toothpick soaked in white.

Scours: Black
diluted reproduces the shadows and highlights in the folds, with the brown has the same effect on the Incarnation. The smoke-colored (brown-gray) is useful to simulate the wear of paint on metal plates and metal in general (swords and armor), normally, you go before drybrush.

drybrush: The color given to
dry brush (wet the brush in the paint and wipe it on a piece of paper up to leave a light trace) enhances the ridges of the models, emphasizing the separation from the recesses of necessity in the shade, it is essential to reproduce the light on fur, the hair and beards. With this technique you can make the idea of \u200b\u200bfabric or leather used (light gray), peeling paint (silver), dust deposited on the objects (ocher) or patches of mud (brown).
